How does it work?
Who takes the 360º pictures?
It can be easily done by your own realtor or employee, it is very simple. As an estimative, it takes less than ten minutes to capture a 3-bedroom apartment. All you have to do is place the camera in the middle of the room and take a picture. Overall, you will need on average 10 pictures to map the whole property.
How the photos are added to the system?
It is as simple as uploading a video to Youtube™. You only need to copy and paste an HTML code provided by our platform in the end, and it will be integrated.
Since the images are in 360º and have a high resolution, will the navigation speed be compromised?
Not at all. We don’t share the server bandwidth among our clients, our server hosting has unlimited speed. That means that many people can visit the same real estate at the same time and that won’t slow down their navigation. Our hosting service is also cloned in multiple servers around the world, your user will always access the closest to his current location, improving their experience.

What are the main features?
The platform allows audio narration room-by-room, as well as the placement of expandable focal points with extra information. You can also do a guided visit with VR Glasses, compatible with a variety of market devices. Your client can wear the VR Glasses while your realtor guides their experience with a tablet. The realtor can see what the client sees, keeping the dialog and showing the best features of your real estate.
While navigating with the VR Glasses, is it possible to change to other buildings?
Yes, if the client is not interested in that particular building, the realtor can place another one to be viewed and the client doesn’t need to remove the glasses. By screening the options with HVR360º, you narrow down the physical visits to the best options for the client, reducing costs with transportation. The use of VR Glasses is totally optional, and the platform has plenty to offer without

Investment
How much do I need to invest?
We recommend purchasing a Ricoh Theta S camera, available here . Our Platform has optional training and support fees, but if your company opt them out, your only cost will be a monthly fee calculated over your use. The more real estates you have in our platform, the less expensive each of them become, reaching U$ 0,49/unit.
How does the Plan by Volume works?
In the Plan by Volume, the client starts at the Class 1 and rises automatically as more units are uploaded. That means you only pay for the active units in the platform. The price automatically reduces with the amount of Real Estates uploaded, you don’t need to update anything or opt for another plan.
Are there any views limitation/unit?
Yes, the limit for the Plan by Volume is, on average, 50 views/unit, and that has been more than enough for our clients. We call attention for the fact that limit is for the average of views, which means, for example, that if you have 200 units online, you have 10.000 views (200x50) available to be shared among your units. Only when this limit is surpassed that you might have any additional costs, which are also really low ( U$0,89 for 100 extra views).
